Operating principale:
Rotograin is designed to withdraw the residue
of the product from flat bottom storage facility
after the cessation of gravity flow discharge.
During normal operation of the silo under the
gravity discharge, the machine is available to
collect the residue through the action of the
chain and sweeping movement of the machine which
covers the entire surface of the flat bottom of
the storage.
Design:
The machine id designed in the form of open sided
chain conveyor which spans the radius of the silo.
The chain drive is located at the center of the
silo and is supported on a slewing ring. The drive
of the robustly constructed casing is located
at the end of the machine. A rack and pinion drive
can be provided, if required for more difficult
to collect products.
